“Lattice lines” pattern Indigo cushion – 50cm long X 50cm wide.

“Lattice lines” is a geometric print that is at once both modern and traditional, eastern and western. The lines weaving together in a lattice format reflects the lattice-work that is so predominant in eastern furnishings and decorative arts both, historically and today. The diamond shaping through the peaks and troughs of inter-woven lines is reminiscent of art-deco styling which creates a beautiful, fresh feel to the design. Hand dyed natural indigo. 100% cotton.

Cushion with concealed zip and down stuffing (no inner lining).

Hand-made, plant-dyed natural calico cotton with the pattern created through an ancient method that uses hand cut patterns with a resist soy bean and lime paste technique.

Because of these natural processes, and ethical practices this is a sustainable item but can have colour and pattern variance from photos.

Care

Because the deep rich blue of this artisanal hand dyed indigo, this piece will naturally age like denim, adding character.  We recommend washing before use to remove any excess indigo dye. Wash with cold water and a light detergent before line drying. Do not bleach.

All pieces made to order. A 50% deposit is required when you place your order, with the remaining balance due prior to delivery. Lead time 6 to 8 weeks.
