Indigo cravat (or a small scarf also known as a shortie ) using artisanal naturally dyed indigo.  The ancient technique of resist paste pattern making involves hand cutting the patterns out of a paper template, mixing rock lime and soy bean to make a resist paste that is spread over the template, through to the 100% natural calico cotton, creating the patterns.  Once dry the fabric is vat dyed in an indigo of over 20 years of continuous use, which achieves the highest quality and deepest indigo.  The edges are left un seamed so your scarf will fray and age like your favourite pair of jeans.  The cotton is soft but sturdy, ideal to keep the wind out of your neck.  Your indigo cravat will become a part of your most loved accessories, especially for those who love indigo and like to dress up using a modern more casual version of a classic indigo cravat that will look great with your jeans and a blazer of biker jacket.
